Visit us for free, you and a companion, the DAY OF YOUR BIRTHDAY. We want to give you a very special gift, your birthday!
Requirements: Present the National Identity Document or equivalent accreditation document in force at the box office. Valid only on the same day of your birthday during the opening hours of the Museum. It is not necessary to book a visit. Not valid for planetarium or workshops.
Return and exchange policy
• Check your entry. If you notice any error in the purchase, you must notify it at the time for rectification. Once purchased, they will not be exchanged or refunded.
• In case of cancellation or closure, you will be entitled to a refund of the full amount.
• The refund will be made with the same means that the payment was made, which can be in cash or to the card with which the payment was made.
